FuelRunner is proudly headquartered in Bakersfield, California — the community we call home and are honored to serve. We currently operate throughout Bakersfield and the surrounding areas, with plans to expand in the near future. 

FuelRunner membership is just $30 per month, which gives you access to on-demand fuel delivery whenever you need it.
Fuel cost is not included and is based on current market prices at the time of delivery. 

While our official app launches this August, you can order fuel today by simply sending us a direct message or giving us a call to schedule your fill-up.

Once the app is live, you'll be able to place orders, manage your account, and track deliveries right from your phone — all in just a few taps.

FuelRunner delivers fuel directly to your vehicle — wherever you are. Whether you're at home, work, the gym, or out with the kids, we come to you.
We currently serve Bakersfield, California and nearby areas, with plans to expand soon. 

FuelRunner drivers are trained professionals who follow safe, efficient procedures. As long as your gas door is unlocked and your vehicle is parked in an accessible location, we can fuel it without you needing to be there.

If your gas door requires a release from inside the vehicle, we’ll coordinate with you directly to ensure access.

Payments are processed automatically through your FuelRunner account. Once your vehicle is fueled, you’ll be charged the current fuel cost plus your monthly membership (if applicable).

When the app launches this August, you’ll be able to securely manage your payment method, view receipts, and track your delivery history — all in one place.

For now, we’ll send you a secure payment link after your fill-up or process your card on file if provided.

Yes — there is a $20 service fee if a scheduled fill-up is canceled at the last minute, if we arrive and can’t reach you, or if your gas cap is locked and we can’t access the tank.

This fee helps cover time, travel, and operational costs. To avoid the charge, please make sure your vehicle is accessible and your gas door is unlocked before your scheduled delivery.

FuelRunner currently delivers regular unleaded gasoline and diesel, which covers the majority of vehicles on the road today.

When you schedule a fill-up, you'll enter your vehicle details, address, and any helpful notes (like parking spot numbers or landmarks). Our drivers use this information, along with GPS and real-time communication, to locate your vehicle quickly and accurately.

If we have any trouble finding your car, we’ll call or text you directly to confirm the location before fueling.

What started as a simple idea — delivering gas straight to people’s vehicles — quickly grew into a full-service operation built on faith, hard work, and a passion for serving the community.

After each fill-up, you’ll automatically receive a digital receipt via text or email, depending on your preferred contact method.

Once our app launches this August, you’ll also be able to view and download all past receipts directly from your account.
